Marketing Specialist

As our Marketing Specialist, no two days are the same as you work with people from across the company to manage property marketing campaigns for Northeast Marketing in Boston. This job is part of the Property Marketing job function. The team is responsible for the design, development, and execution of marketing programs that support the sale and leasing efforts of property listings represented by the organization.

• To thrive in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of related work experience and must be design and detail-oriented with the ability to work in the Adobe Creative Suite (with a primary focus on Adobe InDesign) and Microsoft Office Suite (no license or certification required).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from four-year college or university.
• You should have experience working with a project team to deliver marketing concepts to a client using a project management calendar.
• You must understand what it's like managing clients that have a lot of different personalities by asking the right questions to build agreement in real time and setting realistic expectations

The minimum salary for the Marketing Specialist position is $65,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Marketing Specialist position is $78,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience.
