Product Management Analyst
As a CBRE Product Management Analyst, you will support the team by providing research, analysis, and insights that drive strategic business decisions. This role involves supporting our Product leadership team with projects and process improvements, the creation and maintenance of process maps and documents, and change management activities including communication.
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate project and process improvement meetings and agendas.
- Support the implementation of process standardization, templates, and internal controls.
- Partner with CBRE business training to create procedure documentation and e-learning materials.
- Support change management efforts alongside Product Leadership team using intranet updates and other forms of communication.
- Assist in the development and execution of product strategies and roadmaps.
- Provide ongoing process support to domestic and global leaders and operations.
- Support continuous process improvement and change management activities.
- Support colleagues in the use of business process improvement tools and methodologies such as Lean.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and workflow tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Experience with process mapping.
- Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
- Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change.
- Comfortable challenging traditional thinking.
- Strong ability to quickly establish working relationships, gain credibility, and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information in straightforward situations.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Inquisitive mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
