The CAD Operator requirements may vary according to client-determined assignments, but most content relates to gathering existing site conditions and generating path layouts for industrial AGV (Autonomous Guided Vehicle) equipment and systems in the robotics portfolio at the client's data centers. This position is part of a multi-disciplinary team creating engineering documentation and design drawing packages. Planning applications for internal and external partners. Moncks Corner, SC. Updated various drawings for changes, utilizing computer-aided drafting techniques. Cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed. Measurement tasks for long durations such as bending, kneeling, squatting, walking, climbing stairs, etc. Redlines to revise/edit design drawing packages. Engineering changes. Equipment, materials, and codes are accurate. Promote organizational capabilities and identify sale opportunities to potential clients. During automation validation by updating navigation design drawings and graphs. And solve routine problems within the function. Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. May convince to reach an agreement. Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team.
