The Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing is responsible for adapting and executing global integrated marketing strategies and campaigns for our priority markets across the Growth Markets, spanning the Middle East, Asia Pacific, and India. This pivotal role bridges the global marketing vision with local market realities and is accountable for delivering pipeline and revenue growth through localized strategy, tactical activation, and performance optimization. You will work cross-functionally with a global marketing team and local sales teams to deliver fully integrated, full-funnel campaigns that build brand perception, generate demand, and connect CCL solutions with key buyer needs—all tailored to the unique nuances of your markets. This role is ideal for marketers who combine strategic thinking with local tactical savvy, thrive on collaboration, and excel at driving measurable outcomes in complex, fast-moving B2B environments.
This role will manage a small team of regional marketing managers providing direction, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure high-quality execution across all campaigns and initiatives. The Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing will be accountable for prioritizing workload, delegating projects, and developing capabilities within the extended team to support scalable growth across the region.
This is a hybrid role based out of the India, Dubai, or Singapore location.
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
- Lead the creation of integrated marketing plans for assigned markets in alignment with a unified global sales and marketing strategy and in service to local revenue goals; continually advise on new strategies for growing our audience and our revenue.
- Be the authoritative expert for assigned markets, advising the global team on content and channel strategies, adapting global plans to fit regional market characteristics, buyer behaviors, and cultural nuances.
- Ensure effective and on-time execution and ongoing optimization of localized campaigns and channel mix based on regional performance data, from pipeline generation through conversion.
- Be accountable for marketing-sourced pipeline and conversion targets for Growth Markets, intervening quickly when performance lags.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Enablement
- Lead the marketing partnership with the Growth Markets sales organization, establishing practices for regular communication, shared planning, agile execution, and transparent ongoing alignment.
- Ensure cultivation of positive brand perception by partnering with the Global Brand Marketing team to ensure all regional marketing initiatives are aligned to the strategy for driving awareness of CCL and all materials adhere to global brand standards and leverage brand-compliant assets.
- Partner with product/buyer subject matter experts to align messaging, proof points, and differentiators to local priorities.
- Influence senior regional and global stakeholders, making a compelling case for strategic shifts in focus, investment, or messaging based on local market realities.
Team Leadership
- Manage and develop a small, globally dispersed team of marketing managers supporting Growth Markets, providing clear priorities, guidance, and feedback.
- Set standards for excellence in local execution and performance, overseeing day-to-day workload planning, delegation, and quality control to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and capability development of marketing contractors or direct reports to build a scalable, high-performing regional marketing function.
Budget Management
- Manage and optimize the regional marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact, accountability, and fiscal responsibility.
- Maximize the value of global and local marketing investments by leveraging best practices, tools, and innovations across teams.
Performance Management, Market Intelligence & Strategic Influence
- Collaborate with Analytics/Operations to set, track, and report KPIs, translating performance data into actionable insights that inform continuous campaign and process improvement.
- Proactively stay abreast of local and global trends, industry news, customer needs, and competitor activity, sharing insights to shape strategic direction and keep the organization ahead of the market.
- Act as the voice of the regional customer, advocating for their needs in global planning and messaging development.
- Inform global marketing team and channel owners on market-specific trends, challenges and other nuances.
Qualifications
- Higher degree in Marketing.
- We also highly value candidates with significant experience in international assignments and relevant experience in a global location and/or in Multi Market organizations.
- 8+ years' experience in B2B integrated, growth, or field/region marketing, with demonstrated success in campaign execution and demand generation. Experience in learning and development or Account-Based Marketing a plus.
- Demonstrated success designing and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns and strategies that drive pipeline and revenue in B2B environments.
- Experience working with B2B sales teams and a proven understanding of supporting a consultative sales process.
- Proven ability to localize global strategies for regional relevance and results, balancing both brand building and measurable business impact.
- Embraces early adoption of new technologies and applies AI tools to enhance productivity, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills, with the ability to interpret data and communicate marketing's impact to business stakeholders.
- Data-driven mindset: skilled at tracking KPIs, generating insights, and optimizing marketing programs based on performance.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence cross-functional, regional, and global teams.
- Highly organized, proactive, and resourceful, with excellent project management and communication abilities.
- Working knowledge of marketing automation, CRM, analytics, paid media platforms, and project management platforms.
