Graphic Designer

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team supporting our fast-growing, DTC-focused fashion brands. This role is highly e-commerce driven and responsible for creating conversion-focused creative that directly impacts revenue. You will design for a fast test-and-learn environment where speed, performance, and brand consistency matter. This position will primarily focus on Favorite Daughter, but will also provide creative support for our other brands: Joe's Jeans, Hudson, and Hervé Léger.

Specific Responsibilities Would Include

  1. Design high-performing digital assets for e-commerce, including homepage modules, PDP imagery, landing pages, and promotional graphics.
  2. Create email, SMS/MMS, social and paid media assets aligned with campaign goals and brand standards.
  3. Support frequent product drops, launches, and promotions with fast, iterative creative.
  4. Translate performance insights and feedback into design updates that improve engagement and conversion.
  5. Partner closely with Ecommerce, Marketing, Copy, and Planning to deliver creative that supports sales targets and launch timelines.
  6. Maintain a high bar for taste, clarity, and consistency across all digital touchpoints.
  7. Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have

  • 3–5 years of professional digital design experience, preferably in DTC, fashion, or lifestyle e-commerce.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing e-commerce, email, and paid social performance creative.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; Figma experience preferred.
  • Solid understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy.
  • Comfortable working quickly, iterating, and prioritizing in a test-and-learn environment.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable for deadlines.
  • Experience designing for performance marketing (paid social, display, acquisition).
  • Basic motion or animation skills (GIFs, short-form video).
  • Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms. Strong interest in fashion, branding, and digital commerce.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000
