This isn't a "support the founders" role — it's a build with the founders role. As Founders Associate (Product), you'll work side by side with Philipp (Co-Founder) on all product topics — shaping what we build, how we build it, and the impact it creates.
You'll be part of a small, high-trust team bringing Cortea from product-market fit to category leadership. The work is dynamic, collaborative, and full of ownership — expect variety, real responsibility, and constant learning from day one.
Work hand-in-hand with our founders on product strategy and execution
Turn ideas, feedback, and user insights into actionable product decisions
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and customers to ship real value
Drive structure into chaos: refine our roadmap, process, and priorities
Help us learn faster — run experiments, validate hypotheses, and measure outcomes
2+ years of product-related experience (PM, strategy, consulting, or similar)
Worked in fast-paced environments — startup, scale-up, or consulting — and loved the pace
Curious, analytical, and empathetic — you go deep to always understand the Why behind problems
Structured and reliable; you bring calm and clarity to complex problems
Strong communicator who connects naturally with both tech and non-tech teams
Motivated by constant learning, real impact, and fun collaboration
Strong communicator in English and German
