With our team of 35 dedicated professionals, we work daily to expand and improve our offerings. We help our members make their retirement planning simple, digital, and legally secure – so that their will counts. To reach even more people, we are looking for you as a Growth Marketing Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for our performance marketing, through which we acquire almost all of our users. You will independently manage budgets in the seven-figure range and, in close coordination with the founders and the marketing lead, determine the strategic direction for our further growth.
Management of existing channels: You will be responsible for Google/Bing Search and Display, the channels through which we acquire the majority of our users, and ensure the ongoing maintenance and execution of campaigns in line with our strategic growth and profitability goals. We do not work with fixed budgets: you will decide the level of investment based on performance.
Building new channels: You will dedicate most of your time (approximately 80%) to testing new acquisition channels such as Meta. You will identify potential, launch test campaigns, and scale them upon success.
Content ad conception: With support from the marketing team, you will develop the concepts and ad texts for our advertisements. For the graphic implementation, you will work closely with our design team.
Conversion optimization: Your task does not end with the click on the ad. You will be responsible for the performance of the landing pages and the subsequent user flows, implement systematic tests, and use the data obtained to continuously increase the conversion rate.
Structured data preparation and communication: You will keep track of all relevant metrics and prepare them in a way that is clearly understandable for the team. Based on this, you will make strategic decisions for our user acquisition in close coordination with the founders and the marketing lead.
