We are looking for a passionate individual to join our design team where you will create end-to-end digital experiences for B2B2C distribution. You will collaborate with some of Asia Pacific's largest banks, fintech's, e-commerce platforms and telcos through the lens of insurance solutions. Your work will shape consumer journeys that touch millions of lives across the region, creating long-term customer relationships.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives on creating high-quality, visually polished UI designs, while also supporting UX research, journey mapping and customer advocacy. You'll collaborate closely with senior designers, product managers and cross-functional teams to bring customer-centric solutions to life. You will be designing full customer journeys, from first click, discovery, purchase, claims, customer loyalty and winning back customers.
