This is an on-site position that offers a 9X80 work schedule (i.e., every other Friday off), paid overtime, and a great work/life balance. For candidates not local to the Ogden area, a relocation allowance can be provided.

Cimarron is offering a $2,500 referral bonus for all full-time hires!

  • Coordinate and interface with engineers, project teams, clients, suppliers, and regulators to facilitate technical discussions and integrate requirements into design solutions.
  • Develop concrete and steel structural designs, including seismic detailing, and review existing conditions, as-built drawings, and vendor/subcontractor data.

  • Communicate complex technical issues, recommend solutions to management, and review/resolve design comments and feedback.
  • Mentor structural designers by providing on-the-job training to support professional growth.

Required Skills, Experience, and Education:
