UX Designer

We are seeking a UX Designer who is passionate about crafting exceptional digital experiences. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to create user-friendly designs that solve real-world problems. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career while contributing to impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Design user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to improve user engagement and satisfaction.
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and validate design concepts.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to translate requirements into design solutions. Iterate on designs based on user feedback and data analysis.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of the company's design system.
  • Stay up to date on UX trends and best practices, incorporating them into your work.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in UX or Product Design with a strong portfolio of user-centered designs.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for user experience and a desire to learn and grow within the field.

Preferred

  • PMP Certified
