Job Description

We are seeking a UX Designer who is passionate about crafting exceptional digital experiences. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to create user-friendly designs that solve real-world problems related to the Billing & Payment experience. Key responsibilities include:

• Design user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to improve user engagement and satisfaction.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and validate design concepts.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to translate requirements into design solutions.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and data analysis.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the company's design system.
• Stay up to date on UX trends and best practices, incorporating them into your work.

Skills/Qualifications

Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams. Required Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 2-4 years of experience in UX or Product Design with a strong portfolio of user-centered designs. Preferred PMP Certified.
