Your Impact

As an Early-in-Career Product Manager, you will take ownership of meaningful product areas while continuing to develop your product craft. This role is ideal for someone with initial industry experience who wants to grow quickly in a fast-moving, software-focused environment.

In this role, you will:

  • Own and drive parts of a product or software area from discovery through delivery, partnering closely with engineering and design teams.

  • Engage directly with customers to understand needs, validate solutions, and gather feedback.
  • Shape product positioning and messaging in collaboration with Product Marketing to ensure our products resonate in the market.
  • Work within agile development teams, contributing to backlog prioritization, iteration planning, and continuous delivery.
  • Contribute to building intelligent workplace experiences powered by AI and emerging agentic workflows.
  • Translate customer problems into clear product outcomes and measurable success metrics.
  • Collaborate across software, UX, data, and go-to-market teams in a global environment.
  • Support launches and continuous product improvement through rapid feedback loops.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in product management, software delivery, or a related role (e.g., engineering, business analysis, or product development).
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Product Development, Business, or a related field β€” or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience or strong exposure to software product development and agile ways of working.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Eligible to work and live in Ireland without visa sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with software teams building collaboration, SaaS, or AI-enabled products.
  • Understanding of modern product practices such as agile development, experimentation, and data-informed decision making.
  • Curiosity about AI-driven products, automation, or agentic systems that improve workplace productivity.
  • Ability to balance analytical thinking with creativity and strong user empathy.
  • Ownership mindset with the ability to proactively drive work forward.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones.
  • Passion for building products that solve real customer problems.
