We are looking for a Product Designer Senior (H/F) Your mission is for a major international player in the digital sector, in an innovative and demanding environment.

Description of the Role

You will be involved in the following tasks: Understand the business vision and the acquisition/conversion challenges related to an international e-commerce platform. Identify and prioritize optimization opportunities through user research (quantitative and qualitative), competitive analysis, and sectorial intelligence. Formalize optimized user journeys and design engaging experiences with high business impact. Co-construct innovative solutions with Product, Tech, and Business teams. Design and animate collaborative workshops (in French and English). Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups (Figma), and interactive prototypes from an existing Design System. Ensure hand-off with Tech teams and guarantee the consistency of deliverables. Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement through the analysis of usage and metrics. Conduct an active watch on design trends, SEO, and inspirational journeys.

Qualifications

Profile sought: 6+ years of experience in Product Design, ideally in e-commerce, tech, or media. Excellent mastery of discovery processes: user research, co-creation, synthesis of insights. Expertise in UI/UX design (Figma, high-fidelity prototyping, Design System) and delivery follow-up. Ability to lead collaborative workshops and to rally around a project. Result-oriented culture: data-driven, attention to detail, ability to measure the impact of proposed solutions. Fluent French and professional English required. Good knowledge of SEO practices is a plus.
