  • Design and launch new marketing initiatives that leverage emerging trends, new channels, and evolving customer behaviors to expand Citi Travel's market reach.

  • Oversee day-to-day partnership management with Rocket, ensuring seamless operational alignment, performance monitoring, compliance with contractual obligations, and proactive resolution of partnership challenges.

  • Lead all ongoing contract discussions with Rocket, including negotiating enhancements, recommending strategic modifications, and ensuring value delivery aligned to Citi's commercial and customer goals.

  • Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities in the travel industry to expand Citi Travel's ecosystem, improve the product offering, and create new avenues for growth.

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across marketing, product, technology, legal, and external partners to ensure timely and effective execution of joint initiatives.

  • Conduct market analysis and maintain competitive intelligence to understand trends in the travel industry, partner strategies, customer preferences, and digital marketing innovation.

  • Develop partner marketing strategies that maximize joint value creation, improve customer communication, and strengthen the Citi-Rocket partnership execution.

  • Lead account development activities, ensuring partners deliver against performance expectations and identifying opportunities to deepen the value of each relationship.

  • Build and manage executive-level relationships with key stakeholders across Rocket and future strategic partners.

  • Ensure transparency, risk management, and compliance in all partnership and marketing activities, maintaining alignment with Citi's regulatory and ethical standards.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, partnerships, business development, or related disciplines, with a strong track record of driving growth through innovative marketing and partner strategies.

  • Deep experience in travel, loyalty, fintech, or consumer digital platforms, including understanding of industry dynamics, partner ecosystems, and competitive trends.

  • Demonstrated success developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across digital, brand, CRM, and product-led channels.

  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to identify and evaluate new business opportunities and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

  • Executive-level communication and influencing skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership and managing high-visibility partner relationships.

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving alignment across product, marketing, analytics, legal, and technology organizations.

  • Ability to think strategically and execute operationally, balancing long-term vision with day-to-day partnership and marketing management.

  • Demonstrated analytical capabilities, including familiarity with data-driven marketing, customer insights, and performance measurement.
