Business Development Group Manager
The Business Development Group Manager is accountable for management of complex/critical/large professional disciplinary areas. Leads and directs a team of professionals. Requires a comprehensive understanding of multiple areas within a function and how they interact in order to achieve the objectives of the function. Applies in-depth understanding of the business impact of technical contributions. Strong commercial awareness is a necessity. Generally accountable for delivery of a full range of services to one or more businesses/ geographic regions. Excellent communication skills required in order to negotiate internally, often at a senior level. Some external communication may be necessary. Accountable for the end results of an area. Exercises control over resources, policy formulation and planning. Primarily affects a sub-function. Involved in short- to medium-term planning of actions and resources for own area. Full management responsibility of a team or multiple teams, including management of people, budget and planning, to include performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary actions and terminations and budget approval.
Responsibilities:
- Define and develop the Business Intelligence and Customer Experience area that allows us to have strategies, tools, controls, metrics and a monitoring to ensure added value to the customer experience in order to deliver the best Corporate Banking of the financial system.
- Managing commercial relationships with all top online and offline merchants across industries, for negotiating new promotions with different business and identifying future sales opportunities with business clients through development of strategic alliances
- Responsible for developing differentiated experiences and models for customers through the "Customer Care" initiative and a comprehensive service model and performance metrics of the portfolio
- Design and manage the Innovation Lab that makes a continuous search for new ideas with a focus in improving the customer experience
- Lead and integrate internal service providers to provide information and metrics that allow us to increase the level of customer satisfaction
- Responsible for strategy, metrics of sales campaigns, and promotional events and awards to bankers, area managers, etc.
- Coordinate strategy with the marketing area, as well as control the budget allocated for this purpose
- Direct and coordinate internal communication with adherence to the guidelines and policies in the area
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years relevant experience
- Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Negotiation, Business Strategy, Mkt - Exp- Chief of Staff to CMO / Marketing Manager / Credit Card Promotions
- Effective decision-making based on deep analysis and creative thinking
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and use networks at all levels, businesses and geographies to manage and run continuously and effectively
- Ability to apply multiple initiatives and achieve performance targets
- Proven skills in conflict management, to act decisively and independently
Education:
- Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred

En cuanto a Producto y Desarrollo de Negocio es responsable de:
- Gestionar a los equipos que realizan la creaci贸n, administraci贸n y actualizaci贸n de la oferta de productos hipotecarios.
- Cumplimiento normativo y regulatorio
- Acuerdos con los equipos de finanzas, riesgos, operaci贸n, compliance, ventas, digital y legal.
- Implementaci贸n de los productos (en sistemas y plataformas
- Monitoreo del cumplimiento de objetivos.
- Acordar y administrar los presupuestos de marketing.
- Proponer, revisar y validar materiales de comunicaci贸n, campa帽as digitales y/o masivas
- An谩lisis del mercado
- Identificar oportunidades monitoreando el mercado, la competencia y las necesidades de los equipos comerciales.
- Desarrollar propuestas complementarias a los productos
- Proponer, y en ocasiones operar, pruebas piloto
- Gesti贸n de Campa帽as de Venta cruzada (equipos XSell y Campaings)
En cuanto a Gesti贸n de Portafolio Hipotecario, es responsable de:
- Seguimiento al desempe帽o financiero, operativo y administrativo del portafolio del negocio hipotecario
- Seguimiento integral de portafolio Infonavit (negociaciones con el instituto, acciones de recuperaci贸n, propuestas de recompra, etc)
- Coordinaci贸n con equipo de Cobranza para mejores acciones de recuperaci贸n
- Coordinaci贸n con finanzas, tesorer铆a, contralor铆a, operaciones para asegurar los objetivos de negocio.Oportunidades de mejora de fondeo, requerimientos de capital y reservas (costo de cr茅dito) para mayor eficiencia.
- Seguimiento a modelos de evaluaci贸n del portafolio (MxGAAP and US GAAP)
- Seguimiento a reportes regulatorios
- Seguimiento a inmuebles adjudicados
- Coordinaci贸n con equipo de Data para asegurar la correcta gesti贸n de la informaci贸n.
- Proyecto de migraci贸n de portafolio a nuevo sistema de administraci贸n
