Duties: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for Payments Express, from strategic planning and innovative solution development to market launch and continuous optimization, utilizing market insights to enhance client experience, drive portfolio growth, and minimize friction in digital commerce flows. Collaborate with Operations and Technology teams on process design, vendor procurement, and communicating business and marketplace strategies. Drive the delivery and continuous enhancement of the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Dashboard, providing real-time latency metrics and comprehensive processing backlog insights. Work on strategic geographical rollout of Payments Express capabilities across 30+ markets. Execute and coordinate New Activity (NAC) approvals for Payments Express market rollouts, collaborating with Risk, Operations, Legal, Technology, Finance, and Compliance stakeholders. Drive Manager's Control Assessment (MCA) control design for Payments Express, leveraging it as a pilot within the Global MCA Transformation project. Partner with Citi clients to validate and co-create innovative solutions, working closely with relevant internal stakeholders to deliver impactful results. Collaborate with technology counterparts to build a robust data warehouse for seamless provision of API-driven client reports. Oversee product financial performance, including identifying opportunities and gaps and formulating data-driven business strategies. Develop, maintain, and scale the global Economic Value Model to accurately demonstrate revenue contribution and impact of Payments Express and other payment products. Perform reconciliation of Volumes, Values, Balances, and Revenue Data from the Economic Value Model against databases to ensure reporting accuracy. Participate in strategic budgeting and planning, utilizing advanced financial analytics and forecasting. Execute on core marketing disciplines (pricing, promotions, platform strategy, and launch activities) to improve client experience and foster portfolio growth. Tailor sales collateral for various client subsets, including E-Commerce. Develop compelling internal and external marketing materials. Drive AI innovation. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.
Requirements: Requires a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Management, Marketing, Finance or related field and 4 years of experience as an Assistant Vice President, Associate, Analyst or related position developing risk and controls and financial modelling for measuring product performance at a global financial services institution. Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in the above fields and 6 years of progressively responsible experience in the above positions. Full span of experience must include: Financial Modeling, Forecasting and Financial Analysis; Banking Risk and Controls, and Governance; Product Program Management; Data Analysis for Payment Processing Flows; Product Commercialization; and Client Relationship Management.
