This role is part of the Value team, within the larger US Consumer Cards organization. The Citi Value (Non-Rewards) portfolio is one of the largest in US Consumer Cards - with the most cardmembers and generating the highest returns for the business. This portfolio is a significant strategic focus for the organization, with visibility and attention given its size and profitability. The Company has significant investment in this area and the need for new approaches to customer satisfaction and experience with our products is urgent and requires fresh and innovative thinking. This role will apply customer-centric mindset to identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction across all customer touchpoints and will work to realize these changes in collaboration with our cross-functional partners in Marketing, Digital, Tech and Customer Servicing areas. Additionally, this role will be a day-to-day product manager of Secured Credit Card portfolio, ensuring seamless product operation and relevant customer treatments, from acquisitions to graduation off into an unsecured product.
