We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to develop and iterate on our consumer-facing financial products. This role is pivotal in growing our secure and compliant lending systems that align with our focus on earned wage access and making America's workforce financially free. They will help oversee the work of a sizable development team while constantly collaborating with design, finance, regulatory, and sales functions. The ideal candidate will have experience with onboarding consumers to fintech products, working with design or customer research teams, and have worked with go-to-market teams for new products. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working against long-term goals as well as constantly searching for new areas to launch products. The right candidate will strive for elegant and beautiful solutions within a regulated and ever-changing fintech startup landscape.

Location: This is a hybrid position based out of New York City, you will be expected to come into the office at least three days a week (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays) with additional days on occasion for client meetings.
Compensation: The annual base salary for this role is $165,000-$175,000. The base pay for this role is determined using many factors, such as education, skills and experience and is reflective of Clair Series stage and size. Base pay is only one part of Clair's competitive total compensation package which includes equity, benefits and additional perks. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
