Marketing Coordinator 1

The Marketing Coordinator 1 plays a crucial role in supporting the marketing efforts at Oakwood Homes. This entry-level position is responsible for assisting with the execution of marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, and supporting the marketing team in various day-to-day activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to learn about the homebuilding industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event marketing.
  • Manage and update the company's social media profiles (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) with engaging content.
  • Support the production of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and signage, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Coordinate the logistics for community events, open houses, and trade shows.
  • Maintain and update the marketing calendar, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and competitors.
  • Assist in the management of the company's website, including content updates and SEO optimization.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
  • Assist in the coordination of photo and video shoots for new home communities.

Campaign Coordination:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media.
  • Coordinate the logistics of marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and accurate execution.

Content Creation:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and compelling content for various platforms, including social media, blogs, and newsletters.
  • Ensure brand consistency in all marketing materials.

Event Coordination:

  • Support the planning and executing events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Coordinate logistics, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up.

Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings.

Digital Marketing Support:

  • Assist in managing digital marketing channels, including social media accounts and email campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts.

Collaboration Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining marketing databases.
  • Other duties and tasks as assigned.

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities

You Might Also Have:

  • 1-2 Years of experience in marketing or a related role.
  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
  • Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly

  • Expected Salary: $50,000 to $56,000 Annually - This position is eligible for additional performance incentives in the form of quarterly bonus opportunities. Bonus potential 10% of base salary.
