Clean Power Alliance (CPA) is Southern California's locally operated not-for-profit default electricity provider for 38 communities within Los Angeles and Ventura counties and the 4th largest electricity provider in the State of California. We provide clean renewable energy at competitive rates to over three million residents and businesses through approximately one million customer accounts.
CPA is seeking a Senior Analyst, Research and Marketing to join our Communications and Marketing team. The Senior Analyst, Research and Marketing is responsible for developing, enhancing, maintaining, and analyzing performance dashboards (e.g., Tableau), monitoring digital metrics (e.g., Google Analytics), and supporting continuous optimization through data-driven insights key in making CPA's marketing efforts data-driven, customer-informed, and continually optimized for greater impact. Additionally, the Senior Analyst, Research and Marketing is responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements, analyzing large datasets to inform strategy, providing guidance to other team members, and collaborating across teams, reporting insights to senior leadership.
The Senior Analyst, Research and Marketing reports to the Senior Manager, Marketing and Digital Strategy and will work closely with internal teams including but not limited to Customer Programs, Data and Systems, and Rates and Strategy.
