Analog Design Lead

As an Analog Design Lead, you will guide a cross-functional team responsible for developing advanced undersea communication systems. This role combines leadership with hands-on technical expertise in analog and high voltage electronic systems. Responsibilities include:

• Lead a design team through product ownership from concept definition through release to manufacturing
• Direct and participate in design, development, modification, and evaluation of electronic components and integrated circuits for subsea applications
• Mentor junior engineers on design, testing, and problem-solving best practices
• Collaborate with system teams to define specifications and translate them into actionable designs
• Develop project schedules, monitor progress, and provide design guidance
• Conduct simulations and analyses (SPICE, Cadence) to validate designs
• Support production and test engineering during product transfer to manufacturing
• Interface with customers to troubleshoot issues and provide technical support
• Prepare product briefs, datasheets, and application notes
• Contribute to technology roadmaps and new product concepts
