Our team is seeking a dynamic Digital Hardware Engineer to lead the development & implementation of CCAs for use in advanced sensor architectures in size, weight, power and cost (SWaP-C) constrained environments. In this role, you will serve as a lead engineer on enterprise board designs to architect, prototype, demonstrate, and transition technology to Flexible Communications, Radar, and Electronic Warfare (FlexCREW) systems.

Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or equivalent field, Minimum of 7+ years of relevant development experience, Experience using ECAD design tools such as Xpedition and Altium, Experience with high-speed signal integrity simulation and modeling tools such as Mentor Hyperlynx, Prior project lead / architecture role experience, Active or ability to obtain a DoD Top Secret security clearance, Ability to support up to 10% travel.
Desired Skills: Master's degree or higher in relevant field, Understanding of Radar, Electronic Warfare, Communications systems, Prior experience in the defense industry or related field, Knowledge of Agile & DevSecOps methodologies, Demonstrate verbal & written communication skills.
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. The base range for this position in New Jersey is $110,500 - $198,422.
