The Homeland Sector is seeking a Federal Business Development Leader to drive enterprise growth across Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), DHS Headquarters, and related federal cyber mission partners. This role is not account maintenance. It is a strategic growth position responsible for expanding Leidos' cyber market share, penetrating new mission spaces, and shaping large, differentiated opportunities before formal procurement. The selected candidate will operate as part of the Homeland Growth Engine — integrating account strategy, capture discipline, competitive positioning, and executive engagement to materially increase pipeline quality, win probability (Pwin), and revenue growth across the DHS cyber portfolio. This role is based in Reston, VA with routine customer engagement in the National Capital Region.
