Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a Manager, Product Support 2 to join our team of individuals within our Product Support organization supporting the F-35 JSF Program located in El Segundo, CA. This leadership role will be full-time in the office with nominal travel responsibilities, including potential for international travel. This role will support and work directly with the F-35 Sustainment Program Office, and customer operations in a variety of locations, and include all aspects for overseeing, sustaining operations, and providing timely, knowledge-based Product Support direction. Position will have direct supervisory and/or management responsibilities for more than one integrated support element, including systems analysis, spares, provisioning, repairs, fleet modifications, technical data, and support equipment. The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
