The Communication Systems (CS) Segment Marketing and Communications team is filling the role of marketing coordinator to join a fast-paced, collaborative team. The Marketing Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that span digital advertisement, sales enablement, and strategic content development. This role will work closely with internal teams-including sales, business development, creative, and social media-as well as external vendors, to manage timelines, deliverables, and performance reporting for national and state-level campaigns. This role involves developing and deploying targeted campaigns that align with key themes and sales objectives, ensuring content is timely, compliant, and strategically segmented. Responsibilities also include overseeing assets such as infographics, sales tools, digital ads, and executive presentations. The Marketing Coordinator will ensure all materials adhere to strategic messaging frameworks and brand standards. A successful candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously. A strong communicator with a collaborative mindset, the coordinator will help ensure flawless execution of both broad-reaching and pursuit-specific campaigns that generate leads, build awareness, and support business growth.
