You will be the Production Development Lead for the Production Development team. Our team is responsible for production planning, demand planning, master data management, and delivering clear operational metrics that drive mission critical success. As the Production Development Lead you will be responsible for guiding emerging technology production efforts from development through full scale manufacturing. MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Management or Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Ability to obtain an Interim Secret Clearance; and Interim Secret Clearance is required to start.
• Previous ERP experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Daily interfacing with other functions, such as procurement, engineering and finance.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in past roles, projects or assignments
• Strategic thinker with proven lean manufacturing experience and/or training
• Recent transactional experience and knowledge of SAP ERP
Lean 6S Black Belt
Master's Degree from an accredited college in a related discipline
Knowledge and previous experience in product development and transition to production.
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
