Product Manager (Agile Leader)
TekSynap is seeking a Product Manager (Agile leader) who manages backlogs, prioritizes government requirements, and ensures cloud services deliver value aligned to F-35 program goals.
Responsibilities
Manage agile backlogs, sprint planning, and prioritization with GPO.
Oversee cloud cost management and DevSecOps tool adoption.
Track program KPIs and ensure alignment to F-35 JPO objectives.
Facilitate collaboration across multi-contractor DevSecOps teams.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT Management, or related.
7+ years Agile/SAFe product management; 3+ years DoD program management.
Experience managing cloud cost optimization and backlog prioritization.
Familiarity with Lean Portfolio Management metrics.
Clearance: Secret.

We are seeking a Product Manager to join our team at the F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO). Amount of Travel: Minimal travel required (5%) for quarterly Program Increment (PI) planning events, stakeholder engagement sessions, and government-led reviews.
