TekSynap is seeking a Product Manager (Agile leader) who manages backlogs, prioritizes government requirements, and ensures cloud services deliver value aligned to F-35 program goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage agile backlogs, sprint planning, and prioritization with GPO.
• Oversee cloud cost management and DevSecOps tool adoption.
• Track program KPIs and ensure alignment to F-35 JPO objectives.
• Facilitate collaboration across multi-contractor DevSecOps teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT Management, or related.
• 7+ years Agile/SAFe product management; 3+ years DoD program management.
• Experience managing cloud cost optimization and backlog prioritization.
• Familiarity with Lean Portfolio Management metrics.
• Clearance: Secret.
• 8570 certification: Not applicable.

• Amount of Travel: Minimal travel required (5%) for quarterly Program Increment (PI) planning events, stakeholder engagement sessions, and government-led reviews.
