Project and program execution for DoW and mission partner manned and unmanned airborne Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) platforms and associated sensor systems is inherently complex, fast-moving, and unforgiving. Success requires more than task tracking, it demands disciplined leadership that can guide mission-critical efforts through the full lifecycle, from operational need through delivery and sustainment. This role exists to ensure ISR programs are driven by clarity, foresight, and accountability, aligning mission intent with executable plans and requirements. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for orchestrating cross-functional teams, managing dependencies, identifying challenges early, and mitigating risk before it impacts mission outcomes. You will apply structured program management practices alongside strong requirements discipline to keep teams focused, aligned, and moving forward, ensuring the ISR mission achieves success in a no-fail environment.
You will operate with extreme ownership and demonstrate full accountability for outcomes, proactively identify problems, drive solutions, and ensure completion without reliance on external direction. You'll take personal responsibility for mission success, team performance, and deliverable quality, owning both successes and failures. You will anticipate risks, remove obstacles, and act decisively to close gaps before they impact schedule, cost, or performance. You'll operate with a "no excuses" mindset while maintaining professional humility and continuous improvement. You will elevate team effectiveness by taking initiative beyond assigned responsibilities to support mission objectives.
Work with us as we help the DoW and mission partners maintain decisive operational advantage through resilient, no-fail airborne ISR capabilities that directly support the warfighter. Join us. The world can't wait.
