Boeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) is seeking an innovative Product Security Engineering (PSE) Manager to support cybersecurity engineering on aircraft programs in Seattle and Tukwila, WA. In this leadership role, you will manage a team responsible for developing, implementing, and sustaining product security and resiliency throughout the full product lifecycle-from requirements and design through testing, production, and support. You will set operational goals, develop and execute project plans, manage resources, and lead process improvements to ensure the security and integrity of Boeing's aerospace products. Position Responsibilities:
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. This position requires an active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). Must obtain a Security+, a CISSP certification or equivalent Cyber Security certification within 6 months of employment in this role. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science. 5+ years of experience in leading technical teams. 2+ years of experience in Risk, Issues, and Opportunity Management. Strong oral and written communication skills. This position requires the ability to obtain, at a minimum, a Security+ Certification (CISSP is preferred).
Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science. 5+ years of experience applying systems engineering principles during the development of complex hardware/software solutions on an aerospace platform. 3+ years of experience factoring and applying confidentiality, integrity and availability considerations in all phases of the system development lifecycle. 2+ years of experience in Earned Value Management. Active Sec+ or CISSP/CISSM certification. 3+ years of experience leading multiple parallel development schedules; managing complex integrated schedules or projects. The ability to obtain clearance for Special Access Programs. Active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
