Product Support Manager
CACI is responsible for providing comprehensive Integrated Product Support (IPS) services for the Tactical Integrated Ground Suite (TIGS) System of Systems (SoS). These services cover a range of support categories including management, engineering, maintenance, supply, data, training, continuous support, infrastructure, logistics, and personnel. The primary objective of these diverse services is to ensure warfighting readiness across the globe by increasing the operational availability and mission effectiveness of all currently deployed and future TIGS SoS.
Responsibilities
- Manages product support activities from conceptual stage through the life cycle of the product, responsible for ensuring all product support deliverables (e.g. LORA, Core Depot Assessment, Core Logistics Assessment, monthly reports, FMECA analyses, etc.) are delivered on-time and in accordance with contractual expectations
- Develops and implements product support activities including integrated logistics support (ILS), technical documentation, reliability, availability and maintainability (RAM), provisioning, etc. by leveraging extensive subject matter expertise to establish an effective and efficient two-level maintenance concept which supports the TIGS SoS.
- Coordinates efforts of subcontractors and field service personnel to ensure customer objectives and requirements are met while achieving strategic goals to increase efficiency and lower costs of systems operations, maintenance, and sustainment
- Works closely with program leadership, customer, and key personnel to resolve logistics and maintenance problems.
- Compiles data on standardization and interchangeability of parts to expedite product support activities.
- Provides technical input to engineering change proposals, modified work orders, and other configuration managed change control requests (as needed) to ensure product support analysis impacts are accounted for and assessed when planning and executing sustaining engineering activities.
Qualifications
- At a minimum should have 10 years of relevant Department of Defense work experience managing product support activities
- Must be able to demonstrate subject matter expertise on Product Support Analysis activities, including working knowledge of key product support activities and deliverables
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related discipline from an accredited college or university. Will allow substation of degree with 4 years additional work experience and Certified Professional Logistician (CPL) certificate.
- Experience developing plans for and leading the execution of product support activities across a matrixed team.
- Ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership and customers, including on-site customer leadership personnel.
- Advanced user capabilities of Microsoft software applications required primarily Project, Excel, PowerPoint & Word
- Must possess a current Top Secret DoD Security Clearance with ability to obtain SCI.

The proposed salary range for this position is: $95,500-$210,100
