We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead a team of Product Managers and UX Designers focused on Analytics and AI products within Boeing Defense. This role requires a strong strategic leader with deep expertise in product management and user experience design, ideally combined with strong expertise in either aerospace or the tech industry. The Senior Manager must be passionate about product, an inspiration to teams and stakeholders, insightful of customer needs, data driven and execution oriented. As the leader, this person will be responsible for mentoring a team in product management and UX practices, driving product strategy and execution across a portfolio of digital and AI products, identifying high-impact business drivers, developing robust business cases, managing the intake and prioritization of emerging business needs based on clear business value, and measuring business outcomes and user adoption. A strong focus on user-centric design and systems thinking is essential to deliver intuitive, effective, and scalable solutions. This role demands exceptional cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, particularly in engaging senior stakeholders, to align product initiatives with the evolving needs of the business, both internal and external.
