Senior Product Support Integration Specialist

Boeing Global Services (BGS) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Product Support Integration Specialist to support Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Air DominancePhantom Works. In this role, you will be part of a high performing, cross functional team building next generation, state-of-the-art capability. This role is one of two which is contingent on a future contract award. This position will directly report to the BGS Product Support Technical Manager, indirectly report to the Program Manager, and assigned to one of the three BGS Product Support Integrated Logistics teams. This position supports the planning, organizing, and support directing activity for design, development, fabrication and delivery of the Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Statement of Work elements to include Logistics Support and Maintenance Task Analysis, supply and support tracking, failure analysis, life cycle management, technical documentations, Level of Repair Analysis, and logistics/maintenance planning. Specific responsibilities include populating multiple databases with technical information and producing reports for a series of contract deliverables. A successful candidate will have familiarity with development, integration and production of all product support elements, as well as technical planning and cost/schedule management. As an Integrated Logistics Product Team member, the successful candidate will support the teams RAA (responsibility, accountability and authority) to complete a portion of the ILS teams' combined statement of work and deliverables for the program.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop, track and communicate metrics to quantify technical and business performance, and organize all cost account management and analysis
  • Establish strong relationships with program customers and stakeholders. Orchestrate collaborative sessions, facilitating discussions among government customers, pilots, and product engineers to refine program requirements and enhance product designs
  • Establishes and sustains data elements associated with the logistics support analysis record
  • Evaluates engineering data and documentation to identify supportability requirement gaps and initiates resolution.
  • Evaluates engineering data for supportability for all major equipment systems and subsystems.
  • Identifies alternatives to obsolescence issues.
  • Plan, organize, direct and ensure technical excellence of all work associated with Integrated Logistics Support contracted requirements and deliverables
  • Proactively perform risk, issue and opportunity management
  • Support the team operating rhythm and integrate with program operating rhythm to align teammates and efficiently disseminate information/direction
  • Supports, produces, delivers, sustains, and manages S1000D compliant operating, wiring, and technical orders.
  • Work closely with all applicable functions and other program product teams to ensure necessary people/skills, facility and information technology resources to execute statement of work according to cost and schedule commitments
  • Work with applicable subject matter experts to define Integrated Logistics Support technical approaches and ensures adherence to applicable engineering standards and processes
  • Work with cross-functional teams to drive innovation in the development of Integrated Logistics Support solutions

Special Program Access or other Government Access Requirements are mandatory for this position. Position requires the ability to travel 20% of the time. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 10+ years of maintenance and support experience in either a commercial or military environment 10+ years of experience with aircraft maintenance/aircraft structural repair Experience advising a work unit regarding tasks projects and operations

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Bachelor's degree or higher Experience with organizing, planning, facilitating and executing customer logistics Experience interacting with internal and external stakeholders Ability to accomplish results through non-management employees who may or may not exercise significant latitude and independence in their assignments
