As our Sr. Director of IC Strategy and Growth, you will shape and execute enterprise growth strategies that drive sustained value creation and position MetroStar as a leading innovator across the Intelligence Community. You will bring a forward-leaning, market-informed perspective-leveraging insights, partnerships, and emerging technologies to identify and capture high-impact opportunities. In this role, you will operate as part of an integrated growth ecosystem, partnering closely with Operations, Capture, and Solution teams to translate strategy into executable pipelines and winning outcomes. We are building a team of growth leaders with differentiated strengths across business development, strategic planning, pipeline development, and cross-functional collaboration-focused on driving measurable growth and expanding MetroStar's footprint across the IC market. We know that you can't have great technology services without amazing people. At MetroStar, we are obsessed with our people and have led a two-decade legacy of building the best and brightest teams. Because we know our future relies on our deep understanding and relentless focus on our people, we live by our mission: A passion for our people. Value for our customers.

  • Participate in responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs)
  • Provide weekly reporting and analysis of the business development pipeline, and pitch new deals and strategies to strengthen our pipeline
  • Engage in industry events and serve as liaison for memberships and event participation
  • Work collaboratively and proactively across the organization to drive and achieve broader company growth objectives

What you'll need to succeed:

  • An active TS/SCI with CI Poly
  • Established, executive-level relationships across the Intelligence Community, including DIA, NGA, NRO, and adjacent agencies, with the credibility to engage senior decision-makers and shape mission priorities.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute account strategies that position MetroStar to influence, pursue, and win high-value opportunities through strong customer intimacy and partner alignment.
  • Demonstrated success building and leading strategic pipelines, from opportunity identification through qualification, shaping, and award, consistently meeting or exceeding growth targets.
  • Deep understanding of IC missions, organizational structures, procurement dynamics, and evolving priorities, with the ability to translate mission needs into actionable growth strategies.
  • Strong grasp of the competitive landscape, including key players, contract vehicles, funding streams, and on-contract positioning strategies.
  • Track record of capturing and closing large, complex deals (>$50M), including leading capture efforts, shaping requirements, and driving win strategies.
  • Fluency in modern technology domains-such as Enterprise IT, DevSecOps, AI/ML, and data-centric solutions-and the ability to align these capabilities to IC mission outcomes.
  • Relentless focus on growth, with a data-driven, strategic approach to pipeline management, opportunity prioritization, and win execution.
