As part of the EASS eCMS program supporting modernization and sustainment of VA acquisition systems, the Training Specialist/Instructional Designer develops instructional materials and delivers training that supports user readiness for system enhancements, new features, and process updates. This role ensures training content is accurate, accessible, user-friendly, and aligned with stakeholder needs and system behavior.
