UX Designer - Multiple Levels

Senior Ux Designer

Eleven Peppers is hiring Senior UX Designers. The fun stuff includes defining interface requirements by collaborating with users and stakeholders, collecting and analyzing user behaviors and needs through user research, designing user flows, sitemaps, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups that are intuitive and present a clear flow of information, branding and designing uis, defining style guides to ensure consistency in the interface, and collaborating with teammates that may include other designers, project managers, developers, engineers, and product champions.

The necessities include having a bachelor's degree in information systems, human factors engineering, or a related discipline (e.g. computer science, usability engineering) and at least 10 years of experience, mastering photoshop, illustrator, or similar software to design sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups, having familiarity with a prototyping tool such as axsure, sketch, or adobe xd, having a refined and purposeful design sensibility, and being able to talk to users and solicit their feedback, articulating design concepts to a variety of audiences.

The place to be is work location is columbia, md. Some telework may be available. The salary range will be provided during the selection process. Exact pay will be determined based on individual factors that may include years of experience, contract requirements, billable vs. non-billable, position urgency/demand, and location/telework options.
