We're building a new SaaS product from the ground up and are looking for a Product Owner who thrives in a start-up-like environment. This is a unique opportunity to shape a product from its early stages, influence key decisions, and work closely with a small, focused team. As Product Owner, you will play a critical role in shaping our product direction by understanding client requirements, defining solutions, and working closely with development and business teams to deliver high-value features and improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a deep understanding of our clients' businesses, their pain points, and their goals.
• Gather, analyse, and translate client requirements into clear product specifications.
• Prioritise product features and enhancements based on client impact, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
• Define and maintain product documentation including user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate daily with developers, designers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure successful delivery.
• Review and validate developed features to confirm they meet defined requirements and user needs.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities for our SaaS offerings.
• Work with business and client-facing teams to ensure new features are understood and effectively utilised.
• Monitor usage data and client feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimisation.
