CoCrafter is the B2B platform for project allocation and efficient management in construction. Many large expansion firms already rely on our innovative product and have thus efficiently implemented prominent construction sites.

Aufgaben

We are looking for a Growth/Founders Associate Intern to strengthen our growing team. You should be able to learn quickly and be up to the challenges of a startup. The focus in the day-to-day business of CoCrafter is on the business side. You will drive independent projects and be in a lot of customer contact with our subcontractors. You will work closely with the founders – the role is an ideal preparation for a possible own start-up later on.

Responsibilities

• Marketplace Operations: Customer Success and Quality Assurance on our Marketplace.
• Subcontractor Acquisition: Building and developing scalable channels for acquiring subcontractors.
• Multiplicators: Development of multiplicators in the go-to-market.
• Founders Associate Tasks: All other essential tasks that arise in the day-to-day business.

Qualifikation

• Ideally first practical experience through startup internships
• Advantageous: knowledge or experience in the crafts and/or construction industry.
• Proactive working style and the ability to take initiative independently.
• Enjoyment of working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluent German language skills at native speaker level (or equivalent).
• Start: Immediately, duration at least 3 months full-time.
