Campaign Manager
Cognizant is searching for a Campaign Manager to support its North American Field Marketing Team. This role will be responsible for planning and implementing client-facing marketing programs, including digital campaigns to support demand generation. The role includes content development, content distribution, account-based marketing, partner marketing, paid media, and social media.
As a Campaign Manager in Field Marketing, you will be responsible for overseeing all related program activities – from concept through design, to execution and reporting.
Here's the opportunity:
- Define and execute marketing campaigns that build our brand, engage our clients, and generate qualified leads.
- Develop landing pages for each campaign, featuring valuable content and ways to engage clients and prospects effectively.
- Co-create and implement sales enablement assets, case studies, and other collateral.
- Collaborate with Cognizant partners and colleagues, (thought leadership, advisory, AR, PR, social media, and website teams) and sales leadership to syndicate thought leadership and reach target audiences and key decision makers.
- Plan and manage marketing budget.
- Work effectively with multiple stakeholders internally and externally to ensure delivery and quality of assets that are aligned with Cognizant branding guidelines.
- Continually measure and optimize ROI of marketing programs by analyzing data from our MarTech stack and Salesforce.
Minimum qualifications include:
- B.A. or B.S. degree
- At least 8 years of prior B2B and/or professional services marketing experience, with a demonstrated ability to articulate key messages and value propositions
- Previous experience developing and executing integrated, account-based, demand generation and content marketing campaigns using MarTech tools such as Pardot, Adobe Experience and 6Sense
- Experience in tracking marketing influenced revenue through sales automation tools such as Salesforce
- Hands-on experience with AI and generative AI marketing tools
- Excellent project management skills and validated ability to lead cross-functional, cross-regional teams to complete objectives on time and within budget
- Previous experience leading multiple partners in a highly matrixed model
- Strong written and verbal communication skills - including executive communications
- Ability to align tactical execution with strategic vision
