Case Study Manager

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Case Study Manager to identify, connect and tell the most inspiring stories of Cognizant's expertise and how we have contributed in changing the way our client operates and how we enable them to succeed.

Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including: CMOs, Field Marketing, Sales Account, Service Lines and Global Brand & Creative teams, CS will manage pipeline and lead the end-to-end production of named case studies in the defined areas of business.

Managers are responsible for lifecycle of each case study, making sure they stay fresh, relevant, and aligned with our strategic goals. That includes knowing when to refresh, retire, or reframe a story.

In addition, you will be able to think and act strategically while having the necessary presentation skills and emotional intelligence to interact with senior resources at our clients and internally.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of case studies: identification, authoring, production, publishing, communication, and refresh/retire, ensuring necessary approvals.

• Assure adherence to internal guidelines throughout the process.

• Communicate project updates in a timely manner to all internal and external stakeholders.

• Lead the creation of high-quality, creative client stories in collaboration with Creative, Product, and Corporate Marketing teams.

• Partner with Account Teams and CMOs across geographies to identify and recruit clients for case studies.

• Track and coordinate planning for the case study pipeline.

• Train and prepare copywriters to use the case study template based on information gathered from interviews and/or forms. Manage copywriters – even not direct reports.

• Facilitate copywriter's interviews with internal and client stakeholders.

• Assure that produced new content that drive the attention of the different personas in the target audience.

• Communicate case study availability and project updates to Sales, Pursuit, and Account, PR and marketing teams.

• Efficiently deposit and manage CS assets in the corporate solutions/services repository.

• Provide reports (status, pipeline, metrics) for case studies.

• Relationship management: able to build rapport and influence others; adjust style to meet others' needs.

• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong copywriting review skills.

• Experience engaging with senior management (Director, GM, CxO).

• Patience, resilience, and perseverance.

• Ability to say no when needed.

• Collaborative, reliable, flexible team player.

• Willingness to adjust strategies to meet client needs; comfortable with technology and business acumen.

Experience/Education

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and 5–7 years of relevant client engagement or professional business experience required. Applicable experience may substitute for the degree requirement.

• Experience as a business professional in marketing or related field.

• Experience as a project manager or similar role.

• Prior experience in a similar role preferred.

• Copywriting experience is a plus.

• Technical competencies: MS Office Suite; Salesforce (Winzone) /Workfront, a plus;

• Published case studies at Cognizant.com.

• Communication for case studies awareness to different channels.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for case studies.
