As a Consulting Manager, Revenue Growth Management (RGM) you will make an impact by leading strategic consulting engagements for Retail and Consumer Goods clients, driving revenue growth initiatives, and delivering high-value solutions. You will be a valued member of the RCGTH Consulting team and work collaboratively with client stakeholders, project teams, and junior consultants.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and manage RGM consulting projects for Retail/CPG clients, ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions that meet client objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, pricing strategies, and promotional effectiveness to identify revenue growth opportunities.
  • Develop and implement RGM strategies, including pricing, trade promotions, assortment optimization, and channel strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on RGM matters.
  • Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

What you need to have to be considered:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in the CPG industry with a focus on Revenue Growth Management strategy, process, and digital transformation involving Pricing and Promotion applications.
  • Deep understanding of RGM principles, including pricing strategy, trade promotion management, and assortment optimization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop a team of consultants.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.

These will help you stand out:

  • Experience supporting business development efforts, including identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals, and participating in client pitches.
  • Experience contributing to thought leadership materials, such as whitepapers, case studies, and industry presentations.
  • Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives in the Retail/CPG sector.
  • A hands-on leadership approach and commitment to building high-performing teams.

Work Authorization:

Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $81,000 - $130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
