We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with 2 to 4 years of experience proficient in Turkish to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the ISV and Hi-Tech domains working in a hybrid model during day shifts. This role involves developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
• Create and manage digital content across various platforms to engage target audiences.
• Optimize digital campaigns using data-driven insights to improve performance and ROI.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns making recommendations for improvement.
• Utilize SEO and SEM techniques to increase website traffic and improve search engine rankings.
• Manage social media channels ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement.
• Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to execute marketing initiatives.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to support marketing efforts.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in all marketing activities.

Qualifications

• Possess a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.
• Demonstrate proficiency in speaking and writing Turkish fluently.
• Have experience in the ISV and Hi-Tech domains understanding industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
• Show expertise in using digital marketing tools and platforms for campaign management.
• Exhibit strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed marketing decisions.
• Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams.
