Dx Sr. Product Manager
As a DX Sr. Product Manager, you will lead the strategic direction, execution, and governance of digital initiatives, ensuring they meet user needs and business objectives. This role requires expertise in Healthcare Payer domain technologies (especially Trizetto Facets, Salesforce). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams located across various geographical locations to deliver innovative, user-centric solutions that drive growth and enhance customer engagement.
Location - Los Angeles Area - Hybrid Work model (3 days from office site)
Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $110,000/Year to $140,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

Responsibilities
- Define and execute strategic product and program roadmaps aligned with business goals and market trends.
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Develop integrated program plans, manage scope, timelines, resources, and budgets across multiple projects.
- Conduct user and market research to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, marketing) using tools like Mural, Jira, and Confluence to ensure seamless delivery.
- Manage stakeholder relationships to align priorities and secure support for initiatives.
- Establish governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms to monitor program health and progress.
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies across projects and programs.
- Analyze market trends, user feedback, and performance data to refine strategies and optimize outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with IT security standards and best practices throughout development.
- Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate creative solutions and foster innovation.
- Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and adoption of best practices.
- Manage budgets and ensure financial accountability for program initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive program status reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency on progress, risks, and key milestones.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer communication, providing timely updates and addressing inquiries to maintain alignment and trust.
- Lead the planning and execution of projects ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Oversee project scope management to ensure all aspects of the project are clearly defined and adhered to.
- Provide expertise in project cost and budget management to optimize financial resources.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Utilize MS Project to track project progress and make necessary adjustments to keep the project on track.
- Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize potential impacts.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are achieved.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the project.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes.
- Support the development of project management best practices within the organization.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Product Management and Program Management roles.
- Strong background in Healthcare Payer domain technologies (especially Trizetto Facets, Salesforce).
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and collaboration tools (Mural, Jira, Confluence).
- Knowledge of IT security compliance for digital products.
- Demonstrate strong expertise in Project Scope Management and Project Cost & Budget Management.
- Possess proficiency in MS Project for effective project tracking and management.
- Exhibit excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Display strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to project management and continuous improvement.
