Guidewire Policy/Claims Solution Designer

Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive solutions using Guidewire products to meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Guidewire ClaimCenter and other suite components.
- Utilize Jira to manage project tasks track progress and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Develop and maintain Guidewire tools and accelerators to streamline processes and improve system performance.
- Provide technical expertise in Guidewire Studio to customize and extend application functionalities.
- Oversee the integration of Guidewire Insurance Suite with existing systems to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
- Lead the development of digital portals using Guidewire Digital Portal to enhance user experience and engagement.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in Guidewire Work Model to optimize project outcomes and resource utilization.
- Conduct regular assessments of system performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and scalability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development teams.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and Guidewire advancements to ensure the implementation of cutting-edge solutions.
- Contribute to the company's strategic goals by delivering solutions that improve customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Possess extensive experience in Guidewire Insurance Suite Integration/ Configuration and its fundamental components.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using Guidewire PolicyCenter/ ClaimCenter and related tools for effective claims management.
- Have a strong background in Jira for project management and task tracking.
- Exhibit expertise in Guidewire Studio for application customization and extension.
- Show familiarity with Guidewire Digital Portal for developing user-friendly digital interfaces.
- Understand the Guidewire Work Model to ensure efficient project execution.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in computer science information technology or a related field.
