Lead Facets Product Consultant

As a Lead Facets Product Consultant, you will make an impact by driving product strategy, optimization, and innovation across Facets Plan Product, Membership, and Group modules. You will be a valued member of our Healthcare Product & Solutions team and collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, stakeholders, and technology teams to enhance product capabilities that support both organizational goals and end-user needs.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the development, enhancement, and implementation of product strategies aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
• Leverage deep expertise in Facets Plan Product to guide product functionality, usability, and optimization.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate and enhance Facets Membership features within existing systems.
• Drive continuous improvement of Facets Group processes to streamline operations and strengthen service delivery.
• Analyze market trends, user feedback, and performance metrics to inform product enhancements and innovation.

What you need to have to be considered:

• Extensive experience with Facets, specifically Plan Product, Membership, and Group modules.
• Proven ability to lead product strategy, product optimization, and cross-functional product initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Payer domain within US healthcare.
• Ability to analyze and translate market insights and user feedback into actionable product enhancements.
• Experience collaborating with IT teams to support system integration, configuration, and feature deployment.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills.

These will help you stand out:

• Experience facilitating training sessions, workshops, or knowledge transfer on Facets applications.
• Demonstrated ability to advocate for user-centric design and best-in-class user experience principles.
• Strong background managing product performance metrics and driving corrective action plans.
• Familiarity with industry compliance standards and regulations impacting healthcare product development.
• Experience leading large-scale product implementations, enhancements, or upgrades.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position will be in the range of $132K-$150K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
