This role will be responsible for leading cross-functional initiatives, managing product roadmaps, and driving the successful delivery of supply chain solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain processes, stakeholder management, and agile methodologies.
Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on business needs and customer feedback.
Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with supply chain goals and timelines.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and business teams to develop scalable solutions.
Own the product backlog and ensure clarity and alignment across stakeholders.
Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives with development teams.
Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
Act as the primary point of contact for supply chain product initiatives.
Mandatory knowledge:
Fluent in Portuguese and English
Post-graduate/MBA in Project Mgmt (or any equivalent certification)
