Marketing Cloud Solution Architect
We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Solution Architect to lead enterprise CRM and loyalty marketing solutions. The ideal candidate combines technical leadership with strategic vision to deliver scalable and high-performing marketing automation systems.
Main Responsibilities
- Design and architect SFMC solutions for large-scale, multi-system environments
- Lead data model design and release management
- Advise on ETL best practices and data integrations
- Ensure consistent and reliable campaign execution across BUs
- Mentor teams and clients on SFMC best practices and standards
- Solve complex technical challenges
- Communicate clearly with both technical and business stakeholders
Required Skills
- In-depth knowledge of SFMC (Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Contact Builder)
- Strong experience with data modeling, segmentation, and data extensions
- Proficient in SQL and AMPscript
- Experience integrating with external systems (CRM, CMS, DMP) via APIs / middleware
- Workflow automation and triggered sends
- Basic HTML/CSS for email customization
- Analytics and KPI reporting via Analytics Builder
- Familiar with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and data compliance
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Email Specialist, Consultant)
- Knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud
- Familiarity with Marketing Cloud Intelligence, Personalization, Next
