Sr. Product Configurator
We are seeking a Sr. Product Configurator for our ISG team with 6 to 9 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Intellisuite Intellimatch Configuration Intellitracs Control-M Scheduler Informatica Powercenter Crystal Reports and SQL Server. The role requires strong English language skills and offers a hybrid work model with no travel required.
Responsibilities
- Configure and optimize Intellisuite applications to enhance system performance and user experience.
- Implement and manage Intellimatch Configuration to ensure accurate and efficient reconciliation processes.
- Utilize SQL Server for database management ensuring data integrity and availability.
- Lead the configuration and customization of Intellitracs to meet business requirements.
- Oversee the scheduling and automation of tasks using Control-M Scheduler to ensure seamless operations.
- Provide expertise in Informatica Powercenter for data integration and transformation processes.
- Develop and maintain Crystal Reports to support business intelligence and reporting needs.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices in all configuration activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to product configuration and integration.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product configurability and efficiency.
- Support the company’s mission by ensuring high-quality product configurations that meet customer needs.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate proficiency in Intellisuite and Intellimatch Configuration.
- Exhibit strong skills in Informatica Powercenter and Crystal Reports for data handling and reporting.
- Possess experience in IntelliTracs and I and Control-M Scheduler.
- Show expertise in SQL Server for robust database management.
- Communicate effectively in English both written and spoken to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Adapt to a hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office tasks efficiently.
- Apply analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve configuration challenges.
