Supply Chain Business Analyst/Product Manager

As a Supply Chain Business Analyst/Product Manager, you will make an impact by driving business transformation through strategic analysis, solution design, and stakeholder collaboration. You will be a valued member of the Supply Chain Consulting team and work collaboratively with clients, engineering teams, and executive stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead client stakeholder meetings and workshops to gather business requirements and define solution strategies.
  • Design and document business processes, organizational structures, and business rules for IT systems.
  • Prepare Business Solution Documents and serve as a liaison between clients, design teams, and technical teams.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure successful deployment and go-live of OMS solutions.
  • Provide regular updates to executive management and steering committees on program progress and risks.

What you must have to be considered:

  • 7–10 years of experience in the Order Management domain, including configuration and integration of OMS products.
  • Proven experience in high-tech and retail industries.
  • Strong background in business analysis, including risk management, change management, and communication planning.
  • Experience supporting UAT and deployment of enterprise systems.
  • Ability to coordinate with engineering teams and manage project deliverables.

These will help you succeed:

  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Experience conducting workshops with clients and third-party stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop business cases and support Capex planning.
  • Familiarity with industry trends and ability to present insights to stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to weigh solution options based on priority, risk, and effort.

Work Model:

Salary and other compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $98,853-158,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
