As a Technology Project Manager / Designer, you will make an impact by leading the design, delivery, and lifecycle management of clinical technologies that support critical study operations. You will be a valued member of the Clinical Technology & Operations team and collaborate with system owners, study teams, and vendor partners to ensure high-quality, scalable, and compliant technology solutions.

Based on this role's business requirements, this is an onsite position requiring 5 days per week in a client or Cognizant office in: Chicago, IL, New Jersey, NJ, Irvine, CA.

What you need to have to be considered
· 5–8 years of experience managing clinical technology or technical project delivery.
· Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and systems (EDC, IRT, eCOA, CDR).
· Technical skills in Python, SQL, or Data Science; experience building dashboards.
· Experience with system design, requirements gathering, UAT, validation, and change control.
· Strong project and vendor management experience managing timelines, risks, and dependencies.
· Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
These will help you stand out
· Experience supporting clinical study build or integrated data workflows.
· Familiarity with automation and process optimization in clinical operations.
· Experience working with global or matrixed teams.
Salary and Other Compensation

· The annual base salary range for this position is $70,000 – $85,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
· This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of applicable plans.
